"In a time where customer service can seem to be nearly nonexistent, Marsha Slater's State Farm Agency is refreshingly the opposite. Our first smooth experience involved transferring management of annuities to the Barboursville office and our friend's recommendation of Marsha proved true. When my husband and I began researching switching health insurances that would involve the world of Medicare, we were saturated with information and nowhere closer to a decision despite months of input. We happened to have a conversation one day with Marsha regarding our frustration and uncertainty when she excused herself to introduce us to someone. Enter Ally Fox. Like Marsha, Ally LISTENED and was able to offer some pros and cons on the topics we were discussing and from the fruits of that meeting my husband and I were able to come to a conclusion that was right for us. After that, Ally walked us through every step of the process which exceeded our expectations. Based on their extraordinary customer service, we decided it would be to our advantage to have all of our insurance needs and more met by Marsha's office so that is what we did and we couldn't be happier. If we needed an answer, Ally made it her mission to find one and would make us laugh while doing it.
