"They hired a third party company to assess the damage to my roof due to harsh weather, which completely tore off a large amount of shingles. Shingles were also bent upwards which caused leaks inside my home. The third party hire was very young and said this was her 2nd job at the company and told me that the shingles that were bent upwards would heat up in the sun and would melt back down to its original state and that everything would be okay. Obviously, that wasn’t the case and they cracked off so I replaced the roof on my own and had to fix the inside of my home with absolutely no help from State Farm. What a joke."
